Tercet is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company utilising control and assurance techniques to produce a reliable product that consistently conforms to customer requirements.

We have developed robust, proven processes and have evaluated the appropriate value streams to drive the elimination of waste. 

Tercet prides itself on attention to detail and seeks to continually improve our service and products, by using tools such as 5S, lean manufacture and with future move to develop continuous improvement programs by implementation of a 6 sigma environment. This will enable further improvements in product performance and exceeding our customers’ expectations.

All new customers as well as products are project managed from initial contact / drawings through to final verification and shipment. To help us keep the highest of standards we use a variety of advanced quality systems and tools such as the use of APQP, FMEA,PPAP and Control Plans, this means we can utilise our time efficiently and therefore be as productive as possible day to day.

To ensure ongoing product conformance we have implemented real time Statistical Process Controls and full product traceability controls for both material and process.
